Many hospitals use involuntary commitments just to get the insurance money; it is Insurance Fraud and needs to be investigated & stopped.

This is relevant to lawyers since they can argue that those who really do have mental illness CAN be helped through prayer & worship and should go to churches, NOT the secular mental health system, which does NOT heal them but harms them, and falsely calls many people ill who are NOT, due to theological error and ignorance, and political agendas.
The legal chapter (ch 1) can be used by lawyers to raise issues in mental health hearings that are not usually addressed but should be; they affect anyone being accused of being psychotic. It also addresses the constitutional issues that need to be addressed both in hearings and in federal court up to the Supreme Court.

"If you believe in the bible, you're mentally ill."
A court clinician told me this and sent me to a mental hospital for the first time. I was 42 years old. I have been in mental hospitals purely because I am a Christian who believes in Jesus and has a relationship with Jesus. That is a total violation of the 1 st amendment constitutional right to freedom of religion.
A doctor's second question is always "Do you hear voices?"
If one answers "Yes, God talks to me when I pray." they are trained to call it an auditory hallucination and diagnose them psychotic.
Christians get labeled Schizophrenic &Schizoaffective which are fictitious diseases.
In the New Testament, Jesus said "my sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow me. John 10:27".
You are supposed to hear God talk to you, according to Christian theology.
Actually, everyone hears voices, as thoughts in our heads. The word "inspiration" means "a spirit goes into it". Thoughts come from the spiritual realm. The book of James ch 3 (NT) says there is "wisdom from above and wisdom from below".
Psychiatry is Atheism Masquerading as Science
They claim that mental illness is caused by chemical imbalances. This is a BIG LIE, promoted by the drug companies to market their drugs. The psychiatric drugs actually cause mental illness, not cure it. The handbooks of drugs state that a lot of anti-psychotic drugs actually can cause psychosis. This is because all drugs, including caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, potc, lsd, etc and psych meds, are openings for demonic spirits, which cause mental and physical illness. The solution, according to the bible, is prayer in Jesus' name. His name has authority over demonic spirits. Jesus rebuked them and gave his followers authority to do it. I have rebuked illnesses, both mental and physical. It works.
There are many things that can be openings for demonic attack; such as sin, drugs, bad music, books, art, symbols, occult objects. When they are removed the oppression leaves. The book explains this in depth.
Depress-is not caused by chemical imbalance, but by a spirit. They can jump around through contact, physical or verbal. It has happened to me. I have had people with that condition pray for me, and then I felt what they had. Someone prayed, and it left. When one person uses drugs, the spirits around them can go to others. Pot smokers call this a 'contact high'.
I don't write out entire names of diseases because the words written and spoken can invoke the spirit to which they refer. I have seen this happen.
Holding and drugging patients involuntarily is also a violation of the 8th amendment (cruel and unusual punishment) because the drugs amount to torture from the direct effect and the side effects, and the 13th amendment (anti-slavery) because patients are treated involuntarily as guinea pigs for the drugs. This is involuntary servitude which is slavery. Being drugged involuntarily is a crime like rape -a bodily violation. This also violates the UN Human Declaration on Human Rights, Article 3 which calls for life liberty and security of person.
There are 4 constitutional violations that need to be addressed in FEDERAL COURT and the SUPREME COURT:
1. First amendment for religious freedom;
2. 8th amend. On cruel & unusual punishment (this includes the argument that "treatment" is really punishment since they are torture;
3. 13th (anti-slavery) since drugging people involuntarily is really involuntary servitude, or Slavery, since it is using them as medical experiment subjects; and
4. Due process violations of the 2 and 14 amendments; they violate the hearsay laws by using medical records.
There SHOULD be trials by JURY rather than JUDGE since Mental Health hearings involve incarceration, which is punishment by loss of liberty; hence CRIMINAL rights should apply. Having juries would give patients more sympathy with like minded jurors who could relate to having similar religious beliefs &experiences which would also be labeled mental illness. This would put a stop to the religious atheistic mislabeling by shrinks. The definitions of mental illness NEED TO BE EXPOSED for the atheistic worldview that is behind them in court.
Some states already allow mental health hearings to demand juries instead of judges; all states should allow this.
The argument needs to be made that commitments are deprivation of liberty, which by definition is punishment, in addition to the fact that “treatments” are ALSO punishment, cruel & unusual punishment, since the drugs are toxic and deadly, hence the person has a right under criminal law to demand a jury to fulfill their due process rights of having one before being deprived of their liberty.
The COMPETENCY TO STAND TRIAL question is a procedure that is unconstitutional
since it is used to derail people from addressing the criminal charges and instead defend themselves on the accusation of mental illness, instead.
Civil commitments can go on indefinitely, much longer than incarceration on criminal charges. And the treatments are deadly.
The drugs are all toxic poisons, not medicines. They cause liver, kidney and brain damage, obesity, diabetes, thyroid problems, and cause all kinds of other problems physically, in addition to mentally and spiritually. The anti-psychotics and anti-depressants can cause psychosis, and often do; they do not cure it at all. They cause homicide, suicide.They are the problem, not the solution.
This procedure is an end-run around people's due process rights to a speedy trial and a chance to confront witnesses. By derailing a person into the mental health system instead, they are put into a system that allows hearsay (the medical record) and so they are actually deprived of a chance to address the charges and confront the witnesses against them. It is a diversion, because then the issue become them having to defend against charges they are mentally ill rather than deal with the facts of the original charge
A person can be accused of a crime for any reason (political for instance) and then the Competency issue can be used to avoid a trial on that charge, and instead make them disappear indefinitely in the mental health system. It is a total civil rights abuse and a political tool. The government has unquestionably done this in high profile assassinations; the CIA MKUL TRA program brainwashed assassins through drugs in mental hospitals (they put people into a hypnotic trance); then got them declared incompetent because of their mental health history; avoiding trial and exposure of the fact that the person was just a patsy for the CIA. Chapman, John Lennon's assassin, fit this profile. There are many others. Lennon was an irritant to the government; they had tried to deport him for years. The CIA was following him & the FBI had a huge file on him. The CIA has had their hands on probably every major assassination in this country, and all over the world as well.
ANYONE who takes a stand against the government is in danger of being criminally charged on trumped up charges and then having the competency issue used to hide what is going on. In a climate of a government that now has the right to declare anyone they want an "enemy combatant" and deprive them of their habeas corpus civil rights, this is just another technique being used to take away people's liberties by perversion of the legal system. The interface of the criminal justice system and the mental health laws are an arena where perversion of the legal system is taking place, and needs to be stopped.
Mental hospitals are not hospitals at all; they are concentration camps, and the treatments are all torture. They are deadly. Sending someone there is a very easy way to make them disappear without due process.
Competency to Stand Trial should be assessed by a JUDGE, not Psychiatrists
Psychiatrists use people’s religious belief as a litmus test to determine if they are ‘competent’, which is entirely inappropriate & unconstitutional. It is irrelevant.
The fact that they use is it evidence of Religious Discrimination in the legal system.
The issue is whether the accused understands the charges and how the legal system works. The judge can determine this by asking questions and listening to the defendant. It is not hard.
The doctors who usually judge competency ask these same questions, then ask “do you hear voices?” and other questions about spiritual beliefs and experiences. It is no more relevant than asking the person’s favorite color. The fact that they ask these questions is evidence of Religious Discrimination. The problem is this; “Hearing voices” is a theological issue, but they are so ignorant of theology that they don’t even know this!
One of the issues of competency is whether the defendant can work with their lawyer. Often if they can’t judges assume they are incompetent, but it is often because they are in disagreement with the strategies of the lawyer, and want another one, or to represent themselves. Many times it is the lawyer who is incompetent, not the accused.
If they want to represent themselves, the judge needs to listen to them to assess if they are capable of doing so. If they are coherent and knowledgeable of their rights and the relevant legal issues, and can address them to the judge, then they have a right to do so. It has been ruled that a person’s constitutional right to a lawyer ALSO gives them a right to DECLINE a lawyer.
There are many incompetent lawyers; many defendants do better without them.
This raises another issue which is that mental health laws often refer to a ‘right to treatment’. Well, similarly, if a person has a right to treatment, then they would also have a ‘right NOT to treatment” since the logical presumption is that the goal is mental HEALTH. If a person believes they are better off WITHOUT treatment in order to achieve mental health, then that is clearly their right.
The implied purpose behind a ‘right to treatment’ is that the GOAL is to make them WELL. If the person believes they already ARE well, then there is nothing to treat, and involuntary treatment is obviously abuse.
All medical treatments have side effects. The medical perspective is that one needs to weigh the benefits versus the risks or negatives of a side effect. If the supposed disease is worse than the side effect of the treatment, they think it justifies putting up with the side effects.
If the person doesn’t HAVE an illness in the first place, then clearly the side effects outweigh the supposed ‘benefits’ of treatment and the person would be better off without treatment. The Hippocratic Oath is to “do no harm”. Giving someone side effects without benefit is Clearly Harm.
Hence the person has a right to DECLINE TREATMENT since in this case it is NOT Treatment, but HARM.
Of course psychiatrists often argue that a person is not competent to weigh the risks & benefits of said treatment, therefore someone else must decide that. Well that someone should be a judge, NOT a doctor, since this is a legal, not medical question.
Then, having established that it IS a legal, not medical question, the issue becomes, does anyone else have a right to treat someone involuntarily? If someone is unconscious and has previously expressed wishes about that, then those wishes need to be respected. If they ARE conscious then their wishes need to be respected. There is no need for substituted judgment if they are conscious and can express an opinion. People make choices all the time that someone else doesn’t agree with. That is a basic human right – to make decisions and suffer the consequences of our own choices. Persuasion is acceptable, but force is not.
Doctors use people’s religious beliefs to determine if the person understands the risks & benefits of poisons. But the doctors are NOT theologians and are NOT qualified to even judge the religious beliefs in the first place.
Judges may say, “well, I’m no theologian or doctor, so how am I qualified to judge theological or medical issues?”
Answer; “Just listen to the person. A LAY person with common sense can tell if the person can express themselves rationally, clearly, to defend their right NOT to take drugs they consider harmful.
90% of the patients I SAW in psych hospitals were NOT SICK. They had religious beliefs that the doctors did not share. This is completely unconstitutional. They have a right NOT to be forced to take drugs that ARE HARMFUL and are supposedly remedying a problem that is non-existent.
Since the drugs are ALL HARMFUL, the TREATMENT is NOT TREATMENT but TORTURE. This Orwellian doublespeak needs to be exposed by attorneys in court. They need to change the question from “Should this person be ‘treated’ to “is this even treatment’ in the first place.
If a person takes vitamins they don’t really need, they will just excrete it naturally. But drugs are not so benign. Human bodies are not designed to absorb artificial chemicals; there are ALWAYS negative side effects of something non-natural going into our bodies. So it would never be a good idea to take it if there is no justifiable reason for doing so.
The UN Declaration of Human rights guarantees the right to life, liberty & Security of Person. IT ALSO PROHIBITS TORTURE. This means everyone has the RIGHT to refuse treatment that THEY consider harmful to their bodies & minds & spirits, a right to avoid abuse. Unnecessary treatment IS abuse, hence a violation of this protocol. Many side effects are torture, and drive people to suicide & homicide. The other effects of the drugs which cause bodily damage are clearly harmful and constitute torture as well. So these toxic deadly drugs are human rights violations, in addition to being violations of the constitutional prohibition of Cruel & Unusual punishment. Giving people toxic drugs that harms them IS cruel & it IS punishment, not treatment.
The Biggest game the psychiatrists use is to say that “denial of an illness” IS an illness! This is such complete nonsense! They say the person has no ‘insight’. Which is a just a euphemistic way of saying they deny they have an illness. Denial of an illness IS denial of an illness! It is a valid legal position to take. The legal system has no business denying them that right! It is the same as saying a person who pleads NOT GUILTY is showing that they really ARE guilty!
Sometimes denial is denial, meaning the person really does have a problem, but other times it means they disagree with the assertions by others that there is something wrong with them and they have a RIGHT to their beliefs, especially religious ones. They are simply telling the truth that there is nothing wrong with them, and they have an obligation to tell the truth.
Many people judge other people to be mentally ill or crazy just because they have different religious or political beliefs. What gives one group of people the right to sit in judgment of others and decide who is crazy and who isn’t? And who says they don’t have a right to be crazy, even if they are, by someone else’s definition?
Doctors aren’t qualified, since they aren’t theologians and don’t have the same knowledge and experiences as theologians or people of religious or spiritual beliefs. They are ignorant of the bible so they don’t have a right to sit in judgment of those who believe it.
Lawyers who are ignorant of the bible also are not in a position to judge the beliefs of someone else who believes it.
Ignorance does not qualify someone has having a valid opinion and they have no right to judge something about which they are ignorant.
No two people have the same exact experiences in life; if one person had the same experiences as another, they might come to the same conclusions. People think things based on what they experience, read, hear. As those experiences change, their views change. Which is obviously true since most people change many views as they grow older, since they have different experiences and learn as they grow.
There are different processes humans use by which they make decisions and ascertain information. Rational thought is one process. Another is intuition. Some people are more intuitive than others, some people trust it more than others. Both are abilities that are part of human nature. Some people have beliefs they can’t rationally explain; psychiatry often calls this ‘non-rational beliefs”. They think it is a symptom of mental illness. But it is not always. Many times it is just intuition operating; a person senses something, gets information that they have no rational way of knowing or explaining. To call someone else’s experience of intuitive knowledge an invalid process is ignorance and wrong. Many great discoveries and insights have come to people through intuitive non-rational processes. Then they use those rational processes to try to understand or validate them. This is a part of human history and has proven true. So to invalidate such a process is completely wrong.
Typical example is a mental patient called paranoid schizophrenic. A lot of these people think doctors are trying to kill them with the drugs, and the doctors say this is a delusion, a symptom of their illness. Well, first of all, the drugs ARE deadly, so they are RIGHT. People die from them all the time, there are witnesses who have written about it who validate this. If someone is unaware of this but just senses this, they are not delusional, they are intuitively picking up on information in spite of their ignorance of the real facts of the situation. It is probably God warning them by putting the thought in their head.
Furthermore, the whole history of psychiatry & eugenics whose goal is genocide of mental patients, supports the notion that there ARE doctors whose goal it is to kill patients with the drugs. Not all doctors are guilty of this, but as a profession, they are. And many who are not are in massive denial about the history and reality of what the drugs really do. And many, because of their theological ignorance, actually believe they are helping people change their supposed delusional beliefs or cure them of supposed hallucinations which are NOT imaginary but real experiences of a spiritual nature, relationship with God, that the treatments interfere with. They are not solving a problem, they are creating one, for the person.
Patients who intuitively feel that doctors are trying to kill them are correctly intuiting that the profession has a hidden agenda due to eugenics, even if they know nothing about the history.
People are used prophetically by God or demons to think and say things that they can’t explain. This is not necessarily a symptom of craziness. God uses people this way, so do demons. If you ask them “why did you say that?” They might say “I have no idea.”
This happened to me years ago. Someone I met randomly told me to go to a certain house, after I had expressed a desire to move to that city. I asked why & he said “I have no idea”. I went, ended up moving into the building next door. 10 years later, I met the people in that house, who it turned out were Christians, and they ended up being my friends and discipling me as a Christian. It became evident that it had been God talking to me through that first man, telling me to go there, because God wanted me to meet those people to get to know HIM better. And had I understood at the time that it was God talking to me, through him, I would have persisted in finding out about that house 10 years earlier, because I was supposed to have met them, 10 years earlier. In so doing, I would have avoided a bunch of experiences in the meantime that would have been better not to have happened. The way I did eventually meet them was really plan B, not plan A. In those 10 years I had gotten involved in a painful relationship which ended when I became a Christian. One day God spoke to me and said “you didn’t have to go through all that” meaning – if I had listened precisely to his original directive, which was to go to the green house and live there, I would have avoided that bad relationship and gotten to know God 10 years earlier.
At the time I knew that something had led me to that place and so I read all kinds of spiritual books for 10 years and had many strange experiences where random people would come to me with prophetic messages that gave me insights and guided me.
If you said to someone, “listen to people who tell you things who have no idea why they say it, and do what they say” – does that sound rational? Not really. It sounds crazy, to a lot of people. But to someone who follows the leading of God, and knows God, they know this is Typical of How He operates in leading people. It is consistent with how he has communicated to people in the bible. It is also consistent with how ‘spirit guides’ operate using people to communicate.
Intuitive knowledge is a part of the human experience and it is often a connection to the spiritual realm.
A lot of people who sound crazy initially are prophetic, ahead of their time, intuiting things before others, and are proven right later. Those who try to cure them of their process can end up interfering not only with their functioning but also their usefulness to humanity.
The Animal Enterprise Act was passed a few years ago which supposedly labeled people who protest for animal rights as "Terrorists". Once they have that label, it is easy to claim they are "dangerous to others" which is one of the criteria for involuntarily committing someone to a mental institution. They have been doing this to Christians in this country for 50 years, labelling them schizophrenic. Then they often argue that just BEING schizophrenic makes someone a "danger to himself" if "untreated" or "unable to take care of oneself" which is a criteria for a civil commitment.
The label of "bipolar" is argued to be dangerous since "untreated depres--is considered high risk for suicide. This is really nonsense, since people like this just self medicate, with caffeine for example. They have gotten away with slandering/labelling Christians for years, so one should not be surprised that they will use the same technique on anyone who is inconvenient to the government for political reasons. Communist Russia and China have been using psych hospitals for political dissidents for years. Our government has been rapidly moving in that direction.
Another angle that can be addressed in the area of drugging of children is that it violates the child labor laws, using them as medical experimentation subjects which is involuntary servitude. People get PAID to be medical experiment subjects; so this is clearly a form of labor, not the treatment that it is claimed to be. The drug companies need guinea pigs and the hospitals need patients so they can get paid by the insurance companies. It is slavery, pure and simple.
One needs to realize that the level of ignorance about what criteria the shrinks use to label people psychotic is ASTOUNDING.
Any Christian on this earth would be labeled schizophrenic by them.
FURTHERMORE, many Christians are completely unaware of what the criteria are also and do not realize that THEY would be called schizophrenic, if interviewed by shrinks. Probably the only ones who DO know are those who have some experience dealing with this problem firsthand. There are a lot of people who have a relative who has been diagnosed, and they just assume it is true, since the "expert professionals" have said so. They worship the doctors, like so many people do. They have no idea how ignorant these doctors really are.
All Christians are SUPPOSED to hear from God. The scriptures say so, although many of them in reality don't think they do. (Jesus said "My sheep hear my voice" John 10:27)
God talks to everyone on this earth in our thoughts, through the Holy Spirit, which has been on the earth 2000 since Jesus sent it from Heaven.
Most people think their thoughts are just internal dialogue, when in fact, according to Christian theology, it is God and the devil actually communicating to everyone. Jews are not aware of this theologically. Hence the Jewish shrinks are ignorant of something very important. They have been abusing Christians and other people with spiritual experiences for years by labeling them and treating them.
Jewish lawyers also need to educate themselves on this point, because it is relevant daily in mental health hearings. The criteria used by the doctors to label people are not really exposed, since the lawyers often don't realize what it is they really need to ask relevant to this issue. The doctors just say "so and so has hallucinations" without the lawyers saying "what do you MEAN by a hallucination". If the lawyers don't question it, it slips right by in court and that issue is key to questioning the legitimacy of the label of schizophrenia.
I had a Christian lawyer one time who did understand the issue; we had a doctor who was Indian, testifying that I was hallucinating because "she says she hears from the God".
Lawyer: "and just what exactly do you THINK Happens when people pray?
Answer: "I have no idea".
He looked like a jackass, an ignoramus, which he was, and I won the hearing. All it took was a little bit of light shining thru the ignorance, and the judge was able to see thru the whole charade. It wasn't that hard. That's why this book is so potentially explosive; it exposes it.
The problem is that both sides usually STIPULATE that the doctor is an EXPERT thereby making it easy for the judge to just accept their conclusion without questioning their thought process that leads to their conclusion. I always argued that they are NOT experts but total ignoramuses, since they are totally ignorant of the new testament, which is relevant to everyone who "hears voices" which is pretty much everyone who is accused of being psychotic.
IF THE PATIENT'S ATTORNEY AGREES TO THIS STIPULATION, THEY ARE SETTING UP THE PROBLEM. THEY NEED TO CHALLENGE IT.
Usually, the doctors come up with a long list of "symptoms" which is all mumbo-jumbo psychobabble nonsense to sound scientific and snow the judge, none of which gets questioned or defined. But all they really need to do is question the hallucination issue. Once that issue is exposed, it becomes easier to show that the rest of it is also probably absolute nonsense. Judges aren't morons, they're just lazy. If you Hand THEM SOMETHING OBVIOUS THEY CAN GRASP THEN THEY WAKE UP. OR AT LEAST THEY'RE ACCOUNTABLE ON RECORD FOR HOW THEY ADDRESS THIS QUESTION, AND THEY MAY CARE HOW THEY LOOK.
The older generation shrinks used to have common sense and respect religious beliefs; several of them have said so in conversation. It is the younger ones who are so ignorant and disrespectful of religious beliefs and who have been brainwashed in med school to think mental illness is caused by chemical imbalances rather than spiritual oppression, which is what the bible teaches. If it is chemical imbalances, then spiritual oppression is just hallucinations, according to them; it is not real. That is just atheism, a materialistic non-spiritual worldview.
The mental hospitals all commit insurance fraud. They hold people for years just to get insurance money. It is a violation of the Federal False Claims act and should be prosecuted as such. That act was passed to address fraud against the government, and since the hospitals get Medicaid money which is government insurance, this qualifies.
Mental health Parity laws are abusive.
They just give the hospitals more incentive to hold people indefinitely for the insurance money. The back wards of every state hospital have people that have been there for years, for this purpose. This goes on everywhere. They are atrocious this way. I know for a fact that Pilgrim psychiatric Center on Long Island which used to be Pilgrim State Hospital, the largest hospital in the country, does this. I was there. Every hospital I’ve been at did this.
One way to prove fraud would be to call the chaplain at any hospital, have him get a list of patients, who have been there a long time, and interview them. Ask them if they are Christians who are being diagnosed as schizophrenic. The numbers will show this is true. My witness was that 90% of the patients I saw were not ill at all; they were Christians. 90% of doctors are atheists. Most of them are theologically ignorant, not realizing that it is normal Christian theology to hear voices. So they mistakenly call people psychotic who testify to having this experience.

In a recent case where Breggin testified, a Candian judge ruled that a teenager committed homicide due to taking Prozac. This case can be used as a precedent to show that the drugs CAUSE MENTAL ILLNESS & Homicide. His website has info about this.

In l932 Rudin also became head of the Institute for Eugenics.
Eugenics started in Britain & the US & was brought to its logical conclusion by Hitler. After WWII, the genocidal result was distasteful to the public, so the psychiatrists who supported it changed the name to MENTAL HYGIENE, which is what mental health is now called. It is also called Behavioral Health, which also shows that one of its goals is mind control.
They had an Institute for Racial Hygiene, run by Ernst Rudin. After WWII, they changed the name to Mental Hygiene.
All the social engineers who historically and currently support eugenics/euthanasia are the same people running Mental Health worldwide. They are using it as a cover to continue their genocidal agenda.
